Crush Videos Can Turn Your Stomach

Some crimes are so despicable they are difficult to read and write about. I recently came across one that was new to me and so disturbing that people need to hear about it – just once, and then forget it and hopefully never again come across such filth.

I am referring to animal crush videos. This cruel form of pornography involves watching women mutilate small animals for the sexual gratifications of viewers.

The women are usually barefoot or wearing high heels in the videos or still photographs. They torture, step on or crush various animals such as rodents, rabbits, kittens, puppies, cats and dogs. Crawfish and crabs have also been used.

Statute was amended

It is illegal to depict such insanity on photographs, motion-picture film, video, digital recordings or electronic images. The statute was amended in 2010 to include the electronic devices.

The first charges leveled under the new statute were brought against a 24-year-old Texas woman. She was convicted of making and selling videos showing the torture and killing of puppies, chickens and kittens.

The woman has admitted making obscene crush videos titled “puppy1,” “puppy 2,” “whitechick1,” “whitechick2,” “whitechick3,” “blackluvsample,” “adammeetseve” and “adammeetseve2.”

In the “puppy2” video, which is more than 13 minutes in length, the woman is seen torturing and killing a blue pit bull-mix puppy in a kitchen. The defenseless dog’s mouth is closed with duct tape and he struggles as she strikes him numerous times with a meat cleaver.

She also chops off one of the puppy’s paws, then chops at his head and neck. She later severs the dog’s head and urinates on its body.

The heel of a shoe

In another video, she steps on a cat’s eye with the heel of her shoe.

During this abomination, the woman is often scantily clad and wearing a Mardi Gras-type mask. As she tortured the animals, she engaged in sexually explicit dialogue meant to arouse the viewer.

Law enforcement authorities were alerted to the videos by PETA, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.

The woman has pleaded guilty to her crimes and will be sentenced later in 2015. Let’s hope that this is the last we hear about this kind of unspeakable abuse.
